Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Management Professional supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Adaptive Weapons division (AFLCMC/EBI) at Eglin AFB, FL. This position provides acquisition and program management support across the full life cycle of air armament and conventional munitions systems, enabling rapid, data-driven decision making in support of mission-critical programs. The Stand-In Strike Division, AFLCMC/EBI, has responsibility for prototyping, developing, producing, and sustaining future weapons that are directly linked to the AF Operational Imperatives including the Stand-in Attack Weapon (SiAW), Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM). The Division is responsible for developing weapons using the latest in digital engineering methods while executing "in-model" design collaborations with industry. EBI executes program management, finance, engineering, and contracting actions using digital collaboration tools while integrating developmental artifacts into a Product Lifecycle Management suite. The Division adheres to an open architecture philosophy to instill design and investment decision agility throughout weapon system lifecycle.
Our Program Managers support the government with planning, researching, analyzing and assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of weapons systems and associated equipment acquisitions (development, production and deployment), and formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
