Odyssey is hiring a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for defense contracts and a strong understanding of the DoD contracting environment. This role includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring full compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Minimum Required Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Years of Experience: At least four years of recruitment experience with at least one of those supporting DoD contracting.
Certifications: CIR or similar certifications, is preferred

Location: Remote, or preferrably close to a regional Odyssey Office (Dayton, OH; Colorado Springs, CO; Niceville, FL; Lincoln, MA; Huntsville, AL)
Travel: Up to 15% travel to job fairs, networking events, and client sites. May involve occasional evening and weekend work to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
