Odyssey Systems is recruiting an Operations Director to lead and manage a portfolio of programs within the CCN2 Business Unit, ensuring the successful execution of work aligned with both company and customer objectives. The Operations Director oversees operational performance across their assigned portfolio, including administrative, contractual, and financial stewardship. This leader manages Program Managers, Task Leads, and other staff members, ensuring high‑quality operational standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and strengthening employee engagement. The role also includes guiding subcontractor relationships and supporting strategic growth through close, collaborative integration with Business Development.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Discipline
Years of Experience: 10 plus years of comparable experience within the C5ISR mission set, including previous senior management experience in the delivery of technical and management services (Program Management and Operations execution)
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or higher
Education: Master’s degree in business or another relevant field
