Odyssey is looking for a Research Psychometrist to support the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) clinical research mission. As a Research Psychometrist, you will administer and score objective neurocognitive, psychological, and neuropsychological tests incorporating pertinent behavioral observations. In addition, you will independently employ alternate or modified assessment instruments and/or strategies as necessary, working collaboratively with staff on research issues and subject concerns, demonstrating appropriate judgment in responding to emergent patient situations. This job is onsite in San Diego, California.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Clearance: Ability to Obtain Secret.
Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred). Training in standard psychological/neuropsychological and/or neurocognitive test administration and evaluation.
Years of Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in psychological and cognitive test administration required. Prior experience assessing TBI or neurological conditions preferred. Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care preferred.
Certifications: Must maintain Continuing Education credit sufficient to maintain both their certification and to meet medical facility specific Quality Assurance standards for credentialing – as applicable. Current certification in Basic Life Support and Human Subjects training. Must complete CITI/ HIPAA training.
