Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations Directorate (AFLCMC/HB).
The Air Force Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (PEO ISR SOF) manages the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of over 200 programs supporting the United States Air Force and allied partners worldwide. This position supports the AWACS (E-3), Wedgetail (E-7), and International Airborne Battle Management Command and Control programs within the AFLCMC/WIW Division. This position supports the WIW Integration and E3 branch. Functions will include Program Execution Group (PEG) activities as well as focusing on E3 support.
This position specifically supports the E-7 Program Office and will provide acquisition and program management support across the lifecycle of advanced airborne command and control capabilities. The selected candidate will assist government leadership in managing program execution, acquisition strategies, contract activities, Agile software development efforts, DevSecOps initiatives, and mission planning capabilities while ensuring programs meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, including at least 3 years supporting DoD; OR
