Odyssey has an exciting new opportunity for a Science and Engineering Research Program Manager, supporting the The 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The 711 HPW is the first human-centric warfare wing to consolidate human performance research, education and consultation under a single organization. Established under the Air Force Research Laboratory, the 711 HPW is comprised of the Human Effectiveness Directorate (RH) and the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM).

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Abilty to Obtain NACI
Education: Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related engineering.
Years of Experience: At least five (5) years of progressive experience in engineering program management within the Department of War (DoW) (previously Department of Defense); equivalent industry environment; or combination thereof.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in engineering or in a scientific domain related to systems engineering, human performance and/or human effectiveness.
Certifications: DAWIA career field certification (Practitioner) in Engineering & Technical Management (ETM) OR Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
