Cost, schedule, and performance management
Risk management planning and execution
Acquisition strategy and milestone documentation
Business Case Analysis and trade study development
Interpersonal Skills
Executive-level written and verbal communication
Senior-leader briefing and advisory skills
Analytical decision-making and problem-solving
Ability to lead and influence in IPT environments
Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
