Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
The Integration and Production Section oversees contractual, strategic, and reporting activities for a program expected to transition into a Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) program. This team is responsible for executing acquisition strategies in alignment with DoD lifecycle requirements. This role supports the rapid build and modification of E-3 aircraft through a complex integration and production effort. The position requires coordination across multiple contract vehicles, including existing contracts, options, and new awards, utilizing a range of contract types. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DoD acquisition processes, contract execution, and program integration, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
