Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Product Manager providing support to C3C/Kessel Run Division, which is within the USAF C3BM Directorate.
This is a full-time position based out of Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA but has the ability to be worked remotely.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist in developing a deep understanding of internal and external customers/stakeholders and their use cases.
Assist in the definition, monitoring, and communication of key performance indicators (KPI)’s for your product area.
Assist in the creation of the product roadmap process, including defining the sequence of the roadmap an assuring that the initiatives within the roadmap align with the appropriate corresponding business objectives and metrics.
Assist in defining and documenting product specifications and user stories to enable efficient implementation of new or enhanced features.
Assist in building strong relationships with all levels throughout the organization, ensuring transparency across our roadmaps, managing trade-offs, driving organizational alignment, and maximizing business value while minimizing risks.
Partner closely with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, Creative/UX/UI, and product teammates to execute against our roadmap objectives.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to continually improve our product in ways that matter most to our users and have the biggest impact on our KPIs.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Education: BA/BS Degree
Years of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience with 5 years of experience in a DoD setting

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
