Odyssey is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of high-impact corporate initiatives at Odyssey. An individual in this role will be responsible for managing corporate projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly. As an active member of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the Project Manager will contribute to standardizing project practices, maintaining documentation, and promoting collaboration within the enterprise portfolio. The ideal candidate brings project management or coordination experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive progress in complex, cross-functional environments. Experience in process improvement, project management, enterprise systems, defense contracting industry is a plus. This is a hybrid position based out of Odyssey’s corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA required to support from office 3 days per week.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
Years of Experience: At least two (2) years of progressive experience in project management, familiarity with defense contracting or working in a government services organization is a plus

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
