Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Manager supporting an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, FL, providing support to EBX. The candidate will assist, prepare, develop, and deliver compliant documents supporting financial management activities including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE), program types (including U.S. and FMS), tracking data, and reporting IAW fiscal and appropriation law and policy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support budget and financial analyses and execution documentation including forecasting and tracking obligations and expenditures
Assist with funds management documentation and automated models/control techniques to support decision making
Support financial inputs to events including BER, IBR, MDR, MAR, PMR, and Risk Assessments
Draft financial data documentation for submission such as P-DOCS, R-DOCS, and POM
Draft funding documents such as PRs, MIPRs, and project orders and assist with audit trail tracking
Perform research and analysis using tools including CRIS, WAWF, CCaRS, G-Invoicing, and FMSuite
Maintain the financial database and support reporting requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Education: Bachelor’s (Information Technology Related Discipline) OR

PPBE support and budget execution tracking
