Odyssey is currently seeking a Security Specialist in Dayton, Ohio through the DoD SkillBridge Program. This position supports the maintenance and operation of the industrial security and personnel clearance programs while ensuring company and customer security requirements are met across Odyssey’s core business units. The role interfaces with the Contract Program Security Officer, Director of Security, and personnel at all levels to ensure contract security compliance with DoD SAP/SCI and Intelligence Community directives, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), applicable ICDs, and related security guidance, while providing transitioning service members with hands-on civilian security experience.
To be eligible for DoD SkillBridge opportunities, candidates must be active members of the U.S. military with 180 days or fewer remaining prior to their separation date and have completed at least 180 continuous days of active service.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education: Associates Degree in relevant discipline
Years of Experience: At least two (2) years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
Years of experience: At least five (5) years of experience
Certifications: SFPC
