Position Summary

We are recruiting for multiple Modernization Hardware Engineers for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) Contract at Peterson SFB, in Colorado Springs, CO supporting the Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program.  The Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program modernizes the legacy radar systems associated with the five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWRs) and the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), which provide continuous surveillance for missile and satellite detection, tracking, and reporting to support Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Awareness missions. This modernization effort replaces outdated analog and hardware-only components with advanced digital, scalable solutions that leverage a government-owned, open-architecture approach.  An additional program goal is to address existing cybersecurity vulnerabilities in the legacy systems by improving cybersecurity capabilities, to include threat detection and data protection.

This is a full-time position located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.
