Odyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide expert-level analytical and systems support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This role serves as the Scrum Master and Program Manager for the CE Value Stream within Platform One. This role integrates enterprise architecture documentation, portfolio management, cross-team coordination, and strategic communication to ensure synchronized execution across CE and Platform One systems.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties to Include but not limited to:
This position supports the Platform One Customer Experience (CE) Value Stream, enabling collaboration across multiple product teams to improve user experience, communication, and alignment across enterprise modernization and DevSecOps initiatives.
Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration
Document the enterprise architecture infrastructure, including business units, workflows, and interdependencies using modeling techniques.
Ensure technical integration across the enterprise by participating in test planning, validation, and technical reviews.
Evaluate the impact of architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, and stakeholder outcomes.
Coordinate governance and portfolio management processes to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and frameworks.
Ensure strict application of information security / cybersecurity policies and practices across architecture components.
Platform One Customer Experience (CE) Program Management
Serve as the primary facilitator and coordinator between the CE Value Stream and all other Platform One value streams.
Oversee all CE projects and activities, establishing project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder accountability.
Lead cross-value stream communication and act as CE’s primary point of contact for inquiries, coordination, or escalation.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and collaborative meetings to resolve issues, align priorities, and drive outcomes.
Track and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), performance indicators, and workflow improvement efforts.
Partner with the Chief Product Office (CPO) on customer journey mapping, workflow design, communication frameworks, and feedback loops.
Drive transparent communication of CE priorities, decisions, and status across the Platform One ecosystem.
Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Experience: 10–15 years of experience performing systems analysis, business process improvement, or IT solution design within a DoD or federal program environment
Experience supporting enterprise IT, cyber, or DevSecOps-enabling organizations.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with current SAP/SAR access
Education: Masters Degree
Enterprise architecture modeling and documentation (DoDAF, BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks).
Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks (RMF, NIST 800-series, Zero Trust principles).
Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD concepts, agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to analyze operational workflows and translate insights into actionable implementation strategies.
Strong communicator able to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
Skilled at building consensus, resolving conflict, and leading cross-team working groups.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, with a commitment to mission execution.
