Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Security Management Professional supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) / NC3 Integration Directorate, NCO Division, located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA. The NCO Division is responsible for the execution of support functions across Human Resources, Training, Commander’s Support Staff, Facility Management, Security, and IT. In this role, you will provide multi-disciplinary security management, personnel access control, classification handling, and compliance support across NC3 security functions, integrating personnel security, industrial security, information security, acquisition security, SAP security, C-InT, and associated training and awareness programs.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
Maintain document accountability records, logs, and associated correspondence databases.
Process inbound and outbound classified mail, courier packages, and magnetic media accountability actions.
Perform classified material destruction, reproduction, and control in accordance with DAF security procedures.
Assist with data transfer and electronic file handling for supported personnel and mission systems.
Maintain customer POC listings, personnel access records, and visit authorization requests.
Support facility access control operations, to include issuing badges, escorting visitors, and maintaining visitor logs.
Conduct entry and exit inspections and support access control system maintenance.
Perform Personnel Access Security System (PASS) data entry and maintain billet/quota tracking.
Maintain personnel security files, clearance processing status, and related documentation.
Support security awareness, training, and education efforts across the division.
Track, monitor, and coordinate clearance actions with government personnel to ensure timely adjudication.
Assist with compliance activities, SAP access nomination packages, Program Access Requests (PARs), and eligibility verification.
Conduct DISS, SAPNP, and JADE queries to validate eligibility and access status.
Participate in security compliance inspections and assist government leads in site readiness.
Support indoctrinations, briefings, and classified handling procedures in compliance with NC3 security doctrine.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant security support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree
Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in DoD or Air Force security management environments
Experience with DISS, JADE, SAPNP, and PAR processing
Knowledge of SAP security, personnel vetting, billet management, and security accountability systems
Familiarity with classified material processing, destruction, reproduction, and courier procedures
Understanding of physical security, access control systems, and visitor management protocols
Ability to maintain security documentation, logs, database entries, and compliance records
Experience supporting security inspections, audits, and readiness assessments
Strong written and verbal communication skills when working with government and contractor personnel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven, classified environment
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accountability of controlled materials
Professional demeanor and discretion while handling sensitive information
Ability to coordinate across support functions and interact with senior leadership
