Odyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Program Manager to join our team, supporting the Strategic Warning and Space Surveillance Directorate. This role is pivotal in facilitating smooth transitions for user tenants onto our systems, ensuring programs remain within schedule and cost baselines. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, capable of working autonomously to recommend solutions, plan strategies, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. This position is suited for individuals with a strong project management background who excel in customer-facing roles and can navigate crucial conversations effectively.
This position is a hybrid position located at Peterson Space Force Base.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret level clearance
Education: High School Diploma
Years' of experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, project leadership, or a closely related field; OR,

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required. Emphasis is placed on practical experience and familiarity with DoD operations over formal certifications.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a field relevant to program management within the DoD context. Degrees that have included coursework or emphasis on government relations, military studies, or defense policy are particularly valuable.
