Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Manager to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA. The division focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations and bases, delivering technical and policy support, and providing C3I infrastructure for USAF enterprise applications.
The Senior Test Manager will provide Validation and Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Activities will vary depending upon the program’s phase, development/sustainment cycle, and related initiatives.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provide V&V support services for effective management in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes, AFI 99-103, and applicable MAJCOM, Center, and Directorate guidance.
Prepare test plans and procedures.
Prepare TEMPs.
Prepare and review test analyses.
Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation.
Monitor test events.
Support certification test activities (e.g., JITC).
Support training required to execute test activities.
Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports.
Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.
Review and analyze engineering performance predictions.
Review and analyze trade-off studies.
Support FCAs/PCAs.
Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance
Education/Experience: BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; OR
20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
Preferred Qualifications
Education/Experience: Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD.
