Odyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Database & Contracts Data Manager to support the AFLCMC/HNC mission at Lackland AFB. This position focuses on supporting contract documentation, deliverables tracking (CDRLs), configuration management (CM), and SharePoint site administration. The role will also involve maintaining acquisition records, preparing data calls, and ensuring all contractual data repositories meet cybersecurity and DoD compliance standards.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with acquisition planning, data management, and contract execution support. You will ensure contract documentation, deliverables, and data repositories are maintained in compliance with DoD policies, while applying your expertise in data systems, SharePoint, and configuration management.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Support the organization and control of contract data, deliverables, and documentation across acquisition programs.
Maintain, monitor, and audit contract deliverables (e.g., CDRLs, SOWs, Contract Mods).
Support the development of data standards, processes, and contract data repositories.
Perform configuration and data management in support of acquisition lifecycle documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments for program and contract data access.
Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint structure, workflows, permissions, and document version control.
Track program data deliverables and coordinate reviews between PMO staff and contractors.
Document SharePoint architecture, manage content databases, and oversee permissions and security.
Ensure all contract data and systems comply with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance standards.
Develop data tracking reports and briefings for government stakeholders.
Participate in working groups, data calls, and contract review meetings.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years supporting DoD acquisition/contracting programs, OR
20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, including 8 years supporting DoD acquisition/contracting programs
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Master’s degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years supporting DoD acquisition/contracting programs
Technical Skills
SharePoint administration (site structure, permissions, usage reporting)
Contract data management and CDRL tracking
Configuration Management (CM) tools and workflows
Familiarity with AFLCMC/DoD acquisition lifecycle documents
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking
DoD cybersecurity and data handling policies (e.g., STIGs, RMF)
Interpersonal Skills
Strong attention to detail and document control
Effective coordination with Contracting Officers, PMs, and support teams
Ability to present data summaries and contract deliverable status to leadership
Comfortable supporting multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
