Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior FMS Security Manager supporting the Helicopter Program Office (HPO) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The HPO supports selected helicopter programs including the HH-60W Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) and the MH-139. The HPO has a mission to rapidly deliver and field new and updated rotary wing aircraft.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist with the development and maintenance of time-phased, event-driven SCGs, Program Security Directives (PSDs), Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs), and PPPs.
Assist with the development and/or maintenance of the Physical Security requirements for USG facilities/organizations to include preparing all required documentation for secure facilities.
Assist in the integration of U.S. export and technology control laws, DoD/Air Force policy and instructions, and other applicable guidance into program protection planning.
Recommend changes to DoD, Air Force, and program security policy and instructions.
Aid in ensuring proper filing of all records, files, documentation, and working papers in accordance with AF ERM.
Assist in assisting/performing Security Inspections and Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) with Defense Security Cooperation Agency at various locations and countries outside of the U.S.
Assist with writing/ co-developing and staffing for approval with the associated country an EEUM security plan.
Submit all documentation in draft form to the Government upon request for endorsement and acceptance.
