Odyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Enterprise Alignment team. This new position plays a critical role in overseeing corporate project management, ensuring that initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with Odyssey’s organizational goals. In addition to managing the portfolio-level view, this individual will directly lead and execute multiple high-impact projects concurrently across departments. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management foundation, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive progress in complex, cross-functional environments. Experience in knowledge management, process improvement, or enterprise systems is a plus. This is a hybrid position based out of Odyssey’s corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA required to support from office 3 days per week.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
Years of Experience: At least eight (8) years of progressive experience in project management
Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are preferred
