Odyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) programs. This executive-level role is central to driving the growth, performance, and strategic direction of Odyssey’s C2ISR portfolio. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of operations management, including program execution, personnel leadership, financial performance (P&L), and customer engagement. The individual will lead a team of Operations Directors, Program Managers, and support staff to deliver high-quality results aligned with customer expectations and company objectives. A key focus of the role will be to foster collaboration between Operations and Business Development teams to expand existing partnerships and capture new business opportunities. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, processes, and tools to support both operational excellence and revenue growth.
Based in Lincoln, MA, this position will require travel to engage with customers, industry partners, and Odyssey leadership. This is a high-impact, rewarding opportunity to lead a priority area in support of national security missions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
Years of Experience: At least 15 years of experience in DoD contracting, project/program management or directly related experience
