Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Manager supporting the NC3 Contract, specifically within the Strategic Communications Division (NCS) of the NC3 Integration Directorate. This full-time role is located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA, and will focus on Validation and Verification (V&V) efforts to support survivable nuclear communication systems such as Milstar and AEHF satellite terminals.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provide V&V support services aligned with Integrated Test Plans, development/sustainment contracts, and PMO standards.
Support program test and evaluation activities in compliance with:
DoDI 5000.89
DAFI 99-103 (Capabilities-Based Test and Evaluation)
MAJCOM, Center, and AFNWC/NC3 Directorate guidance.
Prepare test documentation and provide oversight throughout test execution:
Test plans, procedures, and analyses
Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs)
T&E inputs for acquisition documentation
Certification support (e.g., JITC)
Data collection, engineering report reviews, and performance evaluations
Execute or support:
Developmental and operational test events
FCAs/PCAs
Measures of effectiveness/suitability analyses
Trade-off study reviews
Test training support
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
Education: BS/BA
Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience

Technical Skills
Test and evaluation planning and documentation
Risk-based assessments and performance analysis

Ability to collaborate with engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity stakeholders
