Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Schedule Engineer supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
AFLCMC/HNI provides enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The division also delivers technical and policy support, along with C3I infrastructure for USAF enterprise applications.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Communicate and coordinate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO).
Develop IMS technical artifacts, including GANTT charts, network diagrams, and status reports.
Ensure comprehensive schedule management support throughout the system acquisition process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate key schedule requirements for mission success.
Assist in requirements development, planning documentation, and performance assessments.
Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to customers, project teams, and senior leadership.
Proactively identify risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and related scheduling tools.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years supporting DoD programs

Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and GANTT chart creation
Familiarity with schedule risk management and IMS construction
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle scheduling practices

Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Able to clearly communicate technical details to varied stakeholders
