Join Odyssey's dynamic Growth team as a Capture Manager, C5ISR, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the future of Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Communications, Cybersecurity, Nuclear, and Networking (CCN2) sectors. This exciting opportunity involves leading the charge in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while shaping our strategic plans to exceed revenue goals. With your strong understanding of the DoD C5ISR landscape, you’ll guide opportunities from lead generation to proposal submission, ensuring they move swiftly through the capture lifecycle. You’ll work closely with top-tier operational leadership in C2ISR and CCN2 and report directly to the Executive Director of Growth. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to be based at one of our corporate offices, strategically located near critical C5ISR customers.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Years of Experience: 5-10 years of comparable experience in business development and management within C5ISR markets.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with mission support technologies enabling decisive lethality through information dominance in multi-domain operations.
Knowledge of technologies supporting cyber-hardened and secure networks, including acquisition program management, engineering, integrated logistics support, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force operational C5ISR systems.
Understanding of systems development and acquisition processes for Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force.
Working knowledge of C5ISR DoD Markets.
Experience with various proposal types such as HTRO, technical narratives, and oral presentations.
Ability to comprehend technical RFIs and RFPs.
Proven capabilities in capture strategies, tools, and processes, including capture/customer relationship tools, stage/gate reviews, solution sessions, Black Hats, and PTW analysis.
Previous business development experience supporting and writing major proposals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficient with capture/customer relationship tools and processes.
