Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrative Support Professional supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC), located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.
AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for the full life cycle management of Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity systems that ensure mission assurance by protecting warfighter access to critical information systems while denying adversaries the same. This division supports critical Air Force, DoD, and national operations from development and acquisition through sustainment and demilitarization.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provide administrative support involving analysis, procedural execution, and process improvement recommendations.
Support senior managers and staff with research, compilation of project data, and preparation of clear, concise written communications.
Keep leadership informed on mission-relevant issues across the Directorate.
Track and monitor progress on tasks, initiatives, and events.
Prepare background materials and documentation for program events and leadership briefings.
Draft memos, reports, and documents for leadership approval and signature.
Disseminate program policies and guidance throughout the organization.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences (physical and virtual), including setup and documentation.
Prepare meeting materials (e.g., background packets, attendance logs, minutes, action item trackers).
Maintain video conferencing setup and usage records, including equipment logs and setup instructions.
Provide travel coordination, planning, and execution support for leadership and team members.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 15 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoD OR,
20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications as defined in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 8 years of which must be in the DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with virtual conferencing tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, DoD collaboration platforms)
Skilled in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and managing task trackers and documentation
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
Comfortable interacting with senior-level personnel and managing sensitive communications
Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
