Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
AFLCMC/HNI provides C3I infrastructure and enterprise support to over 110 Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve bases. The division also plays a critical role in delivering technical and policy support for enterprise-wide USAF applications and installations.
This position is located at Hanscom AFB.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Apply comprehensive knowledge of DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and DoD acquisition processes.
Assess and analyze program performance using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Recommend solutions and alternative strategies to address cost, schedule, and performance challenges.
Support the development, production, and deployment planning of C3I and infrastructure-related systems.
Prepare and deliver program documentation including briefings, acquisition plans, and decision support materials.
Draft and submit statutory and regulatory reports, including Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) and Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR).
Facilitate program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and Integrated Master Plan/Schedule (IMP/IMS) sessions.
Develop and present briefings and reports to senior leadership on program status, risks, and acquisition milestones.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant program management experience, with at least 5 years
