Duties include, but not limited to:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical Discipline
Years of Experience: 12-15 years Business Development or Capture experience in DoD Service companies, with the last 3-5 years supporting Army related markets
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance
Education: Master’s Degree in a Business Field
Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Shipley certification
Technical Skills
Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in similar organizations to Odyssey using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.
Strong understanding of requirements shaping and acquisition/procurement process within the DoD with specific focus on Army related organizations
Strong familiarity with the various Army Acquisition hub locations – Redstone Arsenal, Detroit Arsenal, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, etc.
