The Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 (MS365) collaboration tools, with a focus on SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role ensures effective information sharing, document governance, and enterprise knowledge management best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in MS365 administration combined with experience in organizational knowledge management, enabling teams to efficiently access, share, and leverage critical business information. This position will be based out of Odyssey’s corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA.
