Odyssey Systems is looking for an Executive Director, Operations for Aviation Programs. This role will lead the growth and success of Odyssey’s Aviation Business Unit. This individual will execute the portfolio of programs in accordance with company and customer objectives. The Executive Director will have overall operations management, supervisory, administrative, and financial (P&L) responsibility of the portfolio. The position will lead Odyssey Operations Directors, Program Managers, and other management and staff to ensure high-quality operational performance standards, facilitate growth, and achieve new business goals. The position will develop, implement, and manage programs, strategies, processes, and tools to manage existing customer relationships and will play a leadership role in helping to integrate the Business Development and Operations teams to increase revenue across new customer relationships. This role is located in Dayton, OH. The role will require travel to visit with customers, partners, collaborate with Odyssey leadership and attend industry events. This is a rewarding executive level position focused on a critical company priority.
