Odyssey seeks an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Contracts and Compliance to lead our contracts and corporate compliance functions. This pivotal role will ensure the effective management of all contractual matters, from negotiation to closeout. It will drive adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other relevant compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will deeply understand the intricacies of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contracting, combined with strong leadership capabilities and extensive personnel management experience.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Ability to Obtain Top Secret
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
Years of Experience: Over 15 years of direct contract management experience in the defense industry and at least 10 years of personnel management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret
Education: Master’s degree or Juris Doctor
Certifications: NCMA (National Contract Management Association) Certification (CPCM, CFCM) or equivalent.
