Odyssey is seeking an Associate Director to support the newly established Strategic Engagement Integration function. This key role will help shape and manage Odyssey's customer and partner engagement strategy, ensuring cohesive collaboration across operational teams to deliver exceptional support and added value to our customer base.
The AD will play a pivotal role in identifying cross-functional efficiencies, implementing best practices, and developing key engagement plans. By deepening Odyssey’s understanding of customer priorities and challenges, the AD will align corporate focus to meet these needs effectively. This position will drive consistent, high-quality approaches to management and service delivery, helping Odyssey achieve exceptional performance ratings and identify opportunities for growth.
Additionally, the AD will focus on building strategic partnerships with industry and customer organizations, with a particular emphasis on the Air Force and Department of Defense. Based in our Dayton, OH field office, this role offers partial telework flexibility and involves limited travel (<10%) to engage with Odyssey customers, partners, leadership, and industry events.

Education: BA/BS in Business Administration or related discipline
Years of Experience: At least 15 years of experience
