Are you an energetic, proactive leader with a deep understanding of the US DoD Space & Missile Defense market? Odyssey Systems is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities. In this hybrid, full-time role, you'll collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to expand our impact in Space & Missile Defense. Ideally based in Los Angeles or near critical customer hubs, this is your chance to shape the future of defense innovation with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical Discipline
Years of Experience: 12-15 years Business Development or Capture experience in DoD Service companies, with the last 3-5 years supporting Space & Missile Defense related markets
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Top Secret
Education: Master’s Degree in a Business related discipline
Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Shipley certification
