Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior FMS Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HB HBA). In this role, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of the principles, policies, and practices of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system acquisition and program management. You will also possess in-depth knowledge of roles and relationships within the FMS community. Your ability to plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisitions—covering development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment—will be critical. You will formulate strategic plans and recommend effective solutions to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
This is a full time position located Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.
This role requires a candidate with a strong background in FMS-specific acquisition, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex, international defense programs. Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration, coupled with expertise in the logistical and regulatory aspects of FMS, is essential.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD, OR
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
