Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst providing A&AS support to the AFLCMC/HBG C2ISR Division.  HBG C2ISR Division provides support for all the weapon systems, platforms, cells, and capabilities managed by the C2ISR Division in support of AFLCMC/HB, and other classified programs designated under HBG or extensions of HB under C2ISR.

Duties include, but not limited to: 

• Advising on courses of action for program IPT’s based on current program status and documented program goals and milestones
• Assess priority of IPT activities and development projects to optimize tasks and workload
• Demonstrate knowledge of business and industry acquisition management practices and use of equipment/products/property
• Consolidate and provide program information and acquisition data from a variety of sources, i.e., performance data, requirements data, training data, cost data, schedule data, etc., and automate 35 the consolidation of this data wherever possible
• Maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System, Request and Authorization for In-Scope Tasks and EVM report

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD OR,

• • Seven years of directly related experience with, five of which must be in the DoD

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in a related field

Certifications: Acquisition Qualification

Technical Skills

• Experience with DoD acquisitions and Life Cycle Management (LCM) program execution
• Experience with document approval and routing procedures
