Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Instruction System Specialist II supporting the Systems Engineering, Logistics, and Cybersecurity (SELOCY) Contractor Support Services. This is a full time position. 

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

 

  • Serves as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist when required
  • Develops programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields
  • Designs and develops effective instructional programs and training literature for students
  • Monitors schedules for instructional programs
  • Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
  • Works with subject matter experts and existing course materials, assists in designing and developing the instructional analysis, paper-based instructional materials, accompanying support materials such as workbooks, and instructor guides

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

 

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Systems, or related field. Or substitution High School Diploma at least six (6) years of relevant experience.

Years’ experience: (3) years of relevant experience in Instructional Systems or related field.
