Odyssey Systems is looking to add a Program Manager who will manage the success of programs and projects within Odyssey’s C5ISR Business Unit. This individual will execute the collection programs in accordance with company and customer objectives. The PM will have operations management, supervisory, and administrative responsibility of the portfolio of programs. The position will lead Odyssey Task Leads and staff to ensure high quality operational performance standards to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.
C5ISR Group. Odyssey’s C5ISR Group supports a wide range of customers for C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance). Our support plays a crucial role in the ability to coordinate and control the assets needed for warfighter mission success.
This is a full-time role located that can sit in Boston, MA, Colorado Springs, CO, Hampton, VA, or Dayton, OH.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Minimum Required Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: at least 8 years of Program Management experience supporting Government organizations OR,
3 years of Program Management experience supporting Government organizations with a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

Preferred Clearance: Active Secret security clearance
