Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Program Management Analyst with experience in the DoD Information Technology (DoD IT) environment, supporting the Navy at Pax River, MD. 

**Availability of Position is contingent upon contract award**

Duties include, but not limited to:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Education: BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management or related dis An Associate’s Degree plus 4 years’ of additional experience or a High School diploma or GE and 6 years’ of additional experience performing work related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Years’ experience: More than ten (10) years experience performing work related to program management analysis, six (6) years of the required ten (10) years of experience must be within the DoD IT Environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Experience: **NAVAIR experience preferred**
